US, Washington, 7 August (ANI): One of the most recently added elements to WhatsApp's toolset that has undergone a significant development is group talks.
Mashable reports that the website also introduced Communities, a fresh method to meet others who have similar interests to you, and increased the maximum number of participants in group discussions from 100 to 512.
According to reports, administrators and users wish to maintain track of those who have recently departed such huge groups of conversation. You are not need to rely on assumptions or ask around since WhatsApp is beta-testing a feature
.
In the WhatsApp iPhone beta version 22.16.0.75, group administrators and participants may view who left or was kicked out of the group during the last 60 days (via WABetaInfo). On the "Group details" tab, a new choice named "See Past Participants" is now available underneath the list of current participants.
The list of banned users is also searchable separately, which may be useful in extended discussions when individuals often leave and rejoin. Small companies who utilise WhatsApp groups for internal communication or client engagement may find the capability to be useful.
Also being abandoned is the current technique for alerting the conversation when a person departs or is booted.
The programme is cross-platform, and we think it ought to be made available as soon as feasible for PC and Android. According to Mashable, the functionality has already started to go out to iOS users that are a part of WhatsApp TestFlight.
I recently saw WhatsApp exploring a feature for Android that would let group managers delete messages to help with content filtering. (ANI)
